When Johnson & Johnson set the ambitious goal to become the No 1 supply chain in Latin America they saw that they urgently needed to revolutionize their innovation processes across all countries. They called on Tom as the only expert to help them achieve this challenging objective. Tom Oliver worked directly with the directors of all LATAM countries to accomplish this audacious goal and resolve all obstacles, completely rejuvenating their innovation structures to produce fast breakthrough results.
When the owners of Asia’s largest fast food giant, the Jollibee Foods Corporation, wanted to conquer other global markets, the family owned business asked Tom and his team to help them shape the future of the company’s strategy. To this end, the owners Sir Tony and Sir Ato, the group’s global CEO, convened all companies under the JFC umbrella, together with their executive leadership and CEOs, to come together under one roof to be mentored and coached by Tom - for the first time in the 40-year history of the company.
When Coca-Cola CCI (one of the largest bottlers in the world with operations in over 10 countries) faced tremendous challenges because of political and economic instability in different global territories, the Coca-Cola CCI CEO called on Tom and his team to rewire their innovation from the ground up - including rewriting the company's mission statement for their leadership and over 10,000 employees.
After 55 years since the birth of the company, the family owners of food conglomerate Rebisco (Republic Biscuit Corporation), a group with a massive reach of over 100 million consumers across various Asian markets, had the ambitious goal to make the company, its associated brands and all its subsidiary companies future-proof for the next generation. To this end, the owners approached Tom and his global team for an extensive 18 months change management program. Tom and his team created unique, tailor-made solutions with the goal to maximize the potential of the business to thrive across generations. The Tom Oliver Group developed a completely new strategic direction and ideal market positioning so Rebisco can remain competitive as a market leader and dominate market sectors.
Tom and his team also created the long term strategic plans for the group, and even reshaped the company’s slogan, mission and vision so that they resonate best with the consumers of tomorrow.
